“CHAKA’S” Recipe of the Month

"CHAKA'S" MMM Sauce Chicken-Noodle Veggie Stir Fry


  • 1/2 pound “CHAKA’S” Marinated chicken breast pieces
  • 4 Heaping Cups Chopped Vegetables: Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Asparagus, Zucchini, Red Onions, Portabella Mushrooms, Crimini Brow
  • 1/8 cup Olive Oil or Butter
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic, heaping
  • 1/4 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • 1/4 cup your favorite fire roasted salsa (Mild, Medium, or Hot)
  • 2 cups noodle pasta of your choice (Chaka prefers flat egg noodle pasta)


    Pre-marinade boneless chicken breasts in “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce 8-24 hours prior to cooking.
    Cut chicken into bite sized strips. Heat oil in a stir-fry pan; add garlic to get some sizzle going. Stir in chicken strips and cook until browned.
    Stir in veggies, sauce and salsa until all veggies are fully coated, shiny with a little browning. Cover and let simmer for 1 minute.
    Serve over noodle pasta or enjoy a la carte.
