The other night we tried the “CHAKA’S” MMM Stroganoff for Kids recipe with a lean turkey and whole grain noodles.
It was FANTABULUDICRIS.
Really fast and easy, hardly cost us anything [$12], served 5, AND our token kid loved it. LOVED it.
PREMIUM SAUCES & MARINADES
The other night we tried the “CHAKA’S” Supersonic Salmon recipe found here but made a couple of our own modifications. Here’s what we did….along with some spectacular photos 
Ingredients
1 lb. salmon fillets [fresh, wild pacific, organic]
1 medium red organic onion
4 organic portobello mushrooms
1/2 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce [we used the original flavor]
1/4 cup organic cilantro, minced
10 organic cherry tomatoes
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Rinse mushrooms, remove stems, and pat dry.
Slice onion into 1/8 inch rings.
Place salmon in baking pan.
Put onion rings, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, & cilantro on top.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Put foil on top of baking pan.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remember, fish continue to cook after it’s out of the oven so don’t over cook.
SUPER yummy.
