“CHAKA’S” Supersonic Salmon [or use your favorite fish!]

Supersonic Salmon
Serves 4.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon fillets
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 4 portabella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (red, orange, or yellow)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot)

Preparation

Rinse mushrooms, remove stems, and pat dry.
Slice onion into 1/8 inch rings, remove center rings, & keep the 3 outer rings whole and together.
Dice center onion rings and bell peppers, set aside.
Mix salsa, mayo, & “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce in a bowl. Add minced cilantro & garlic.
Place onions rings on heavy duty foil that is large enough to wrap fish completely. Place salmon over onion rings and fill with salsa mixture. Top with mushrooms.
Apply another layer of salsa mixture to salmon, add onions and diced bell peppers.
Wrap in foil folding all openings securely.
Place salmon on hot grill, 7- 12 minutes on each side, or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

“CHAKA’S” MMM Pork Loin Roast

Pork Loin Roast
Throw away all your other pork loin roast recipes. You won’t need them.

Ingredients

  • Pork loin
  • “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes

Preparation

Marinade Pork Loin Roast in “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce at room temperature for at least 3 hours. Marinate overnight for a zestier flavor.
Place in roasting pan and add carrots and potatoes around the roast.
Bake at 325 degrees until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Chicken wings “CHAKA’S” style!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Chicken wings
  • 3/4 cups of “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • Frying Oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Flour

Preparation

Put wings with “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce into a zip lock bag, making sure all pieces are coated with sauce.
Marinate in room temperature for 2-12 hours (overnight is suggested). Chicken will not spoil as long as it is coated with the sauce.
Mix together the flour and garlic powder. Coat chicken wings in flour mixture and fry in hot oil on medium temperature for 10-15 min.

Ingredients

  • Your favorite hot sauce
  • “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce [any flavor]

Preparation

Add desired amount of your favorite hot sauce to “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce.
Serve with chips or use as a condiment with your meal.

Fried Fish with “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce

Fried Fish
Quick, easy, delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fresh or frozen fillets of steak
  • 1/2 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • 1 cup of flour

Preparation

Cut fish in to serving pieces.
Marinate in “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Roll fish in flour and fry.

“CHAKA’S” MMM Crockpot Ball-tip Chili

Crock Pot Ball Tip Chili
Cooks all day. Chili for dinner tonight!

Ingredients

  • 1 – 1 1/2 pounds Beef Ball Tip or Tri Tip
  • 2 14oz Bottles “CHAKA’S” MMM SAUCE
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 cups your favorite fire roasted salsa (Mild, Medium, or Hot)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans rinsed and drained

Preparation

Marinade Beef Ball Tip in “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce for 12-24 hours prior to preparation.
Cut Ball Tip into cubes or strips. Quickly brown with garlic in a skillet.
Put Ball Tip into a slow cooker.
Deglaze skillet with salsa and chili beans and then pour over Ball Tip in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry

Chicken Veggie Stir Fry
Marinate overnight! Makes it easier and tastes even better.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole medium chicken breasts (about 1-1/2 lbs.) skinned, boned, and cut in to cubes
  • 1/4 lb. snow peas
  • 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce

Preparation

Put chicken in a zip lock bag with “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce. Let marinate for 1-2 hours.
Stir fry onion in a small amount of olive oil, add chicken and “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce.
Srir fry until chicken is brown and almost cooked. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender.
Serve over rice.

“CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce Chicken-Noodle Veggie Stir Fry

YUMMMMMMMMMM!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound “CHAKA’S” Marinated chicken breast pieces
  • 4 Heaping Cups Chopped Vegetables: Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Asparagus, Zucchini, Red Onions, Portabella Mushrooms, Crimini Brow
  • 1/8 cup Olive Oil or Butter
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic, heaping
  • 1/4 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • 1/4 cup your favorite fire roasted salsa (Mild, Medium, or Hot)
  • 2 cups noodle pasta of your choice (Chaka prefers flat egg noodle pasta)

Preparation

Pre-marinade boneless chicken breasts in “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce 8-24 hours prior to cooking.
Cut chicken into bite sized strips. Heat oil in a stir-fry pan; add garlic to get some sizzle going. Stir in chicken strips and cook until browned.
Stir in veggies, sauce and salsa until all veggies are fully coated, shiny with a little browning. Cover and let simmer for 1 minute.
Serve over noodle pasta or enjoy a la carte.

Healthy & fun for the kids!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs. favorite meat
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 8-12 Large Mushrooms

Preparation

Cut steak in to 2” x 2” cubes, marinate in “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce for 2 hours at room temperature.
Slice peppers into 1 ½” pieces. Leave mushrooms whole.
Alternate marinated vegetables and meat on kabob sticks.
BBQ or broil in oven until meat is brown on all sides and vegetables are tender. Approx. 10-15 minutes.
Boneless Chicken or Prawns can also be used.

“CHAKA’S” MMM Beef Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pounds tri-tip of any roast
  • 1/4 cup “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots

Preparation

Marinate roast overnight.
Place roast in crockpot.
Add 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup of “CHAKA’S” MMM Sauce.
Add potatoes and carrots if desired.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours.
